After you log into TaeskCMS, you begin at the “website-structure” page. This is where you select what parts of the website you want to administrate.

  1. Depending on who you are, it may vary which pages you are allowed to administrate. The pages that you are NOT allowed to administrate are shown in a red color.
  2. To the right of each entry, there is an icon indicating what kind of entry it is (see “Page Types”).
  3. When you click on one of the entries that you are allowed to administrate, a small menu list appears. The content of the menu varies depending on the kind of the entry. ‘Edit’ will allow you to edit the actual content of the element, for example articles containing images etc.. ‘Properties’ will allow you to change advanced settings for the entry, for example the entry name, META information etc.. Read more under the “Page properties” section.
  4. Each entry is illustrated by a green or red box. The color indicates whether the given entry is activated and published on the website or not. To change status click the box.
  5. To the left of each entry there is a small box with either a “+” sign or a “-” sign. This indicates when there are “sub-entries” below the given entry. Click the box to either show or hide the entries below.
